The 70 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. The apartment is on the first floor of the main house. Amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Enjoy relaxing evenings on your private balcony or use the shared terrace.



Important for group bookings or large families: This holiday apartment is connected via internal stairs to the ground-floor Apartment in der Stube and the Heustadel Suite on the second floor. You can book the entire half of the house or select two of the apartments as needed.

This holiday home features a shared open terrace in front of the house, perfect for relaxing evenings. Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card.



Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stube" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined. You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel."



There are 13 parking spaces for the house. Up to three dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. The entrance door is under video surveillance.
