We rented this property to be within walking distance of our family. The property was as described in the listing, however it is over top a business which belongs to the property owners. During our visit, we encountered a couple small hiccups. 1) a person (appeared to be an employee of the business) was smoking marijuana outside the house and the odor filled the unit. The property owners addressed it and it didn’t happen again. 2) on day two of a two week stay, we heard a critter(s) in the ceiling above the kitchen. The property owner came over, found the entry point, and thanked us for reporting it as the previous renters did not. However, they were unable to rid the peat(s) until the day before our checkout. Communication with the host was great, just hard to get a solid night rest with a suspected raccoon in the rafters.
