Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
- On the first floor: kitchen, living room, living room, toilet, a bedroom (1 bed 160x200) including a private bathroom with shower.
An area with indoor swimming pool heated all year round, (dimensions 8 x 3.5 m, depth 1.50 m) and sanitary facilities.
- Upstairs: a mezzanine with sofa, games area (table football, arcade machine, TV), a small bedroom for a baby, a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a bedroom with two bunk beds 160x200, a bathroom with shower, a toilet.
Each bedroom has its own television.
- Outside:
A pretty garden of 800 m², a terrace of 70 m² enclosed and private.
A room with washing machine and dryer, with space to store your bikes or other equipment.
- Parking of your vehicles in a private courtyard (100 m²)
Gîte near the owners' home, not overlooked by them.
Accommodation reserved for leisure guests.
Deposit on arrival 1500 euros (damages)which will be returned after the exit.
Cleaning deposit 500 euros which will be returned on the same day of departure or a few days later.
