About this cottage rental
Beautiful summer house located on closed garden plot close to Østerstrand. There are 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 beds. Combined kitchen and living room with access to a large terrace. In the garden there are both swings and a trampoline. WiFi.
With this house, you are close to the beach with a jetty and close to the center of Nykøbing M.
In Nykøbing you will find the local history museum Dueholm Kloster, which shows the island's history and there are also special exhibitions. The Danish Foundry Museum displays the old Morsø stoves and stoves. The town has a lovely pedestrian street that connects the town with the harbour, where there is life all summer. Here, during the season, you can experience the sun going down, every evening at 21 at the marina. It is also in the city that Morsø Golfklub has their beautiful 18-hole golf course.
South of the city you will find the scenic Legind Bjerge area with marked hiking trails and a mountain bike track. It is also in this area that Jesperhus Holiday Park is located. Here there are experiences for the whole family, Scandinavia's largest flower park, playground, water park, Hugoland, bowling alleys and much, much more.
At Nordmors you will find i.a. The Fossil and Molermuseet, which tells 55 million years of history through the many finds that have been made in the mole on Mors. At Skarregaard, time stood still in 1958 and is today an agricultural museum, which is situated in beautiful nature and here is also a nice nature playground.
The legend of King Fegge belongs to Feggeklit and a footpath has been made around it. Ejerslev harbor with lagoon is not to be missed and here the cafe is open during the season. Salgjerhøj is the island's highest point and close to it is the famous pier cliff Hanklit. Don't cheat yourself for a trip to the top and experience the view over Thisted Bredning and over the beautiful hilly landscape.
On Sydmors you will find the beautiful salt meadows and there are bird viewing points on Agerø and Mågerodde.
