Luxury Home with incredible views. Big enough to accommodate 1 or 2 families comfortably. Spend the day on the water then come home to watch the sunset from the Balcony, soak in the Hot Tub, have family night in the Game room or shoot some pool in the Billiards room before retiring to the luxury Master suite with the soaker tub and Sleep number style Bed. Both the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 have King Beds. The 2 kids rooms have bunk beds and one of them has a slide! Time to make some memories!
NOTE: This is not a party house. Maximum capacity is 16 people. Parking is limited to the double wide driveway and on the street directly Infront of the house. 2 Trucks pulling trailers and 4 cars is the capacity.

Communication with Danny and team was excellent. The location is in a very safe neighborhood and was centrally located for our planned activities. The beds are very comfortable, there are plenty of towels and other supplies, which is very nice to see. The variety of things to do (pool, ping pong, corn hole, air hockey, kayaks) are great assets to the rental. We used most of them!! The upper deck with its fire pit and views was awesome. We were very happy with this rental

The host was one of the best I’ve ever worked with. He bent over backwards to accommodate us and make sure the trip was great. We loved the fire and hot tub sbd the location and space were excellent. Would stay again.

I feel like a honest review is needed. The reason I chose this house was because of the 5 stars and the great reviews and after staying here with my family, I feel duped/misled.I do have to say that the host was great easy to communicate with and very helpful. For example we were arriving into town 3 hours early and he let me do an early check in at the last minute for the 25 fee. I was very grateful.When we pulled up to the house it looks like an abandon home from the outside, the yard is all dead and full of weeds like it hasn't been taken care of in years. Nothing at all like the pictures on VRBO. No maintained green grass. We get in the house and there were so many air fresheners that within 30 mins some of us were getting headaches. The house itself is older and I don't have a problem with that as long as it is maintained and clean. My daughter noticed that all the air vents were filthy and black all around them and the filters looked like they haven't been changed in years. We went in the upstairs bathroom to get a fresh roll of toilet paper under the sink and it was soaking wet. The shower in that bathroom doesn't drain, so you are standing in your dirty water as you shower.I do have to say the beds were comfortable and lots of towels. My adult kids loved all of the games however wanted to play Cornhole but the back yard was too overgrown to play. I just feel like the pictures and reviews are misleading.
