About this cottage rental
If you are looking for a secluded and tranquil retreat, Jubilee Creekside Cottage is perfect for you! Nestled in a heavily wooded area at the end of the street, this home offers privacy and quiet, ideal for a relaxing getaway.
Enter the living room with a 42" Flat-screen television offering Roku for streaming you favorite programming. There is also a Blu-ray system and an electric fireplace with beautiful stone face. There's plenty of seating with a leather couch, oversized leather chair and a rocking chair.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove top and oven, as well as a dishwasher. There is also a microwave and standard drip coffee maker. In the closet you will find a crockpot for the day you want dinner to be ready when you return home! Between the kitchen and living space is a dining area with room for 8 guests.
On this main floor, there are two guest bedrooms. The first features a queen bed, while the second has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a standard full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The twin room has a television.
Upstairs is the master queen bedroom with a private bath where you will find a walk-in shower (no bathtub) and a private deck. The master bedroom has it's own television. Just outside this master bedroom is a loft area that overlooks the downstairs living room. There is a small futon in the loft area and an oversized twin roll-away bed in the master bedroom closet for children or additional guests.
The hot tub is located on the back deck where the serene surroundings make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. The outdoor firepit is the perfect place to gather for storytelling and s'mores. Outdoor furniture ranges from swings and chairs to a picnic table and benches.
The highlight of Jubilee Creekside Cottage is the outdoor space and the creek. Just a short walk down to the water from the outdoor firepit area and you are submerged in nature and the sounds of the flowing water.

We had a great time, first time for the kids to see the mountains, they really enjoyed the creek down the hill, the house was decorated in Christmas decor and felt cozy. 13 min drive to Helen. Zero issues. Would definitely recommend.

The cottage was very cozy and decorated for Christmas. It wasn’t far from Helen. We enjoyed the waterfalls in the area, wish we had more time. I’m sure we will be back.

The cabin was perfect it was clean and cozy.The only thing that was wrong was the hot tub was nasty no chemicals in it so it had that mold smell and stuff floating in it. But all and all I would stay there again.

We really appreciated the baby gate; it was a big help during our visit. The furniture was comfortable, the location was easy to access, and we were grateful for the internet and Roku access, especially for keeping the baby entertained.That said, I did want to share a few pieces of feedback regarding the listing and our experience. While the cabin was generally cozy, we were a bit disappointed that it didn’t fully match the online description. We specifically booked this property because of the “creekside” listing, but unfortunately, the creek isn’t visible from the cabin, which was a letdown—especially for the two elderly guests we brought who had hoped to enjoy that view from the comfort of the house.The photos also gave the impression of a brighter, more airy space, while we found the interior to be quite dark, and there was some mildew visible on the walls upstairs. Additionally, you may want to have someone look at the dishwasher—it made a loud noise while running, almost like a generator.One final note: the trash situation was a bit challenging. With a baby and elderly guests, we had some waste that needed to be thrown away more frequently. Since there’s only one indoor bin and we weren’t able to leave bags outside due to animals, having to wait until we had two full bags (or drive 15 minutes to dispose of them) wasn’t very practical. Lockable outdoor bins could help with thatt
