The attic apartment features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dining table, and a corner with a sofa and TV. The bedroom has a double bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower.
