This property was exactly what our little band of travelers needed in the way of a landing pad for our visit to New York. The apartment itself was clean and there was ample bedspace for everyone. The location was a short walk from the train, and I think it was between 20 mins to an hour to go everywhere we wanted to go. There are a number of SMOKIN' food options just a few blocks away with a full grocery store literally just around the corner. Nob, our host, was very pleasant and checked in every day to make sure things continued to be satisfactory. All-in-all, we very much enjoyed our stay in this clean, modest apartment, and will likely rebook again if we venture back for more NYC fun.

It was a great find for last minute travel plans. We thought the space was comfortable and accommodating. Friendly and helpful host. Will keep this place in mind for future.

The place accommodates us all well and accessible, but some roaches crawling in the kitchen area and inside fridge. Bathroom has still some hair from previous guest.
