The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the extras, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and many other appliances. The large communal garden invites you to linger, with many lovely quiet spots. Please note: this apartment does not have a balcony and does not face the garden; however, the large, beautiful communal garden is available for shared use.
Located on the outskirts of Roetgen, near the forest, and directly on the RAVeL Route—one of Europe’s longest former railway-turned-cycling trails, stretching 125 km. Or go hiking on the Eifelsteig trail—Roetgen is the first stage—and the Rursee is a 20-minute drive away. Just 20 km from Aachen and Monschau, located right on the Belgian border, your stay offers a wide variety of excursion options in the surrounding area.
Right nearby, you’ll find a restaurant (Alpenschmaus beim Österreicher) with a beautiful beer garden. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.
