We are Located Right off of route 30 highway with private parking lot in front of the house
Our Home Consists of a Full Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms,
2 Full Bathrooms, Living room With a HD Tv.
And A Game Room, Kids Corner downstairs in the Basement.
Private patio with seating an gas fire pit
Shared Backyard Which includes putting Green
And a campfire area.
* The Kitchen has all New Appliances Including A Fridge,
Oven/Stove, Dishwasher, Microwave,
And Is Fully Stocked with supplies.
* 3 Bedrooms are all located upstairs
[ king bedroom, 2 queens bedrooms ]
every bedroom has a sound machine for a restful nights of sleep after a long days of adventure.
* 1 Full Bathroom is Located upstairs
* 1 Full walk-in bathroom is Located on the main floor.
* Washer and Dryer are Located on The Main Floor.
* Game Room with a Tv/Seating Area and kids corner are Located in the Basement.
* Keyless Keypad is located by the front door.
* free parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot in the front of the house
Hey There, We can't wait to host you during your stay. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house [ we take a lot of pride in it ]
[ 1 ] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50. per person a day or a violation of this could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund.
[ 2 ] No Parties, No Loud Music, No Boisterous Behaviour.
[ 3 ] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the House Rules Section
[ 4 ] Smoking cigarettes/marijuana is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500. fee.
[ 5 ] Unless previously agreed upon host, there is a $50. late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100./ For each Hour Thereafter.
[ 6 ] If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund. per guest.
[ 7 ] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for the immediate refund, this will result in a $500. penalty additional to any applicable fees.
[ 8 ] Any missing/damaging items guests are responsible to pay the cost, if any windows or doors are left opened after the guests there will be a $250. charge.
[ 9 ] Booking your reservation is your confirmation that you have read and fully agreed to the house rules.

Wow what a nice place to stay. Plenty of activities for our family. We enjoyed the fire ring out back along with putting green. We used the patio with gas fireplace as well. The basement with all of the activities was wonderful. The decor was very nice and house was very clean. The home is close to Amish life and shopping centers. Highly recommend this place.

Note: This property is right on a main road, so keep that in mind if you are bothered by highway traffic. I was not affected by it at all. Really nice place, comfortable couches and beds, super clean.

The house was exactly or better then described. Very clean, decorated perfectly, and all amenities needed for a great stay. It is a great size for a family. Even with an Apt right next store, you would not even know there was someone there. The backyard is perfect as well for hanging out. The putting green made we wanted to put one in my own house and the firepit and sitting area is relaxing and perfect for the house overall. Everything is so well done from top to bottom. Will definitely stay again.
There is plenty in the area too. So much more then I expected. Ordering in food, going to stores, easting out, or taking in the local establishments, everything is right there.
