As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a blast! The house is very nice and clean, and had all the items we needed to be able to cook for 2 nights. It was close enough to the boardwalk to walk with chairs, although it was easier for us to pop the tent into the car to get it right over to the boardwalk. I really appreciated that they had beach towels, a few board games, and even some olive oil for cooking. It was very well thought out! Would definitely stay again!

Had a blast hanging out with friends & family. Very close to the water with access to the boardwalk. Very clean and had everything we needed to cook . Will definitely be back 👍

The property was great for our family of 9, including children. Fully stocked house with plenty of towels and amenities, fully stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator! 5 min walk to the beach! Private mini pool, which was a bit sandy when we arrived but host reached out prior to our arrival to let us know pool cleaners would be there promptly the next day, and they were. House access is on second floor, no access to garage so any outdoor gear has to be left out in the open driveway. No chairs or beach gear, bring your own, and bring a wagon to carry your gear as you walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Shower outside pool has no drain so water runs into the pool, defeating the purpose of having it cleaned. Lots of construction in the neighborhood, as to be expected, but there was nails and construction trash around the perimeter of the property. Lots of tiny sugar ants throughout the house, even though the house was very clean. Great communication from host. Overall, great stay, would stay again.
