Well located cottage with a view of Ferring Lake, only approx. 150 meters from the lake. The house is energy-friendly with a heat pump and thus the possibility of lower consumption. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, flat screen TV with Danish channels including TV2 and various. foreign channels including ZDF. In addition, there is Chromecast, so you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. Open kitchen with i.a. ceramic hob, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with bathing area, shower and washing machine. There is direct access from the living room and entrance / hallway to the house's two terraces, both overlooking Ferring Lake, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the water. There is a swing. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
