Our beds are just downright comfy! 100% Cotton sheets, memory foam bedding, & hypoallergenic pillows for a great night`s sleep.

Our kitchen is well stocked to make your family favorites.

Working remote? Our guest bedroom features a corner desk w/ printer & USB charger ports.

Main Rule - Have an awesome time in Charm City!

Check-in is at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11:00am unless otherwise agreed. Early check in and late check out is possible at times. If you may need it- let`s chat.

If you need luggage storage before check in please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Checkout instructions will be provided the day of check out and are posted in the home by the front door.

For your safety and ours, we have verified our identity and need the guest booking the reservation to verify theirs and have contact information on their profile.

While we welcome families with kids our home is not child proof. Please bring those items you require with you. If you have special needs please let us know and we will try to work with you if possible.

Only registered guests are allowed at the property. Guest booking the reservation must be staying on property unless otherwise agreed.

Please have all guest for the trip add themselves to the reservation with their contact info.

Any party with over 4 guests will require an extra guest fee of $20/night pp. Max capacity is 6. The sofa is a futon to accommodate the 6th guest.

Fell in love and want to stay with us forever and ever? We do welcome long-term stays! Intermittent cleanings are required by our team for stays 30+ days.

Help us keep the house in good condition! Remove your shoes at the door, and there is no food permitted in the bedrooms.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, or ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES . Please do not use our home for adult films. There is a $500 -$1000 penalty and forfeiture of the reservation.

We are happy to provide makeup towels and make-up wipes for your convenience and to help keep our white sheets pristine for your visit. Makeup on pillows and sheets will incur an additional cleaning fee of $50 per damaged item.

Please do not rearrange the furniture.

We love fur babies (pets), however they are not permitted at this location. If you have a service animal or ESA, we do require documentation and some additional cleaning fees apply.

Additional fees apply for extra cleaning and range according to the need.

All damages are the guests` responsibility. Lost Key Fee $100 Broken Key Fee - $100
