Our tranquil retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends. Situated on a large corner lot, the house is walking distance to village shops, restaurants, brewery, cafes, golf courses, playground, theatre, and more. A short drive to local attractions such as Santa's Village, Flume Gorge and the Cog Railway. Enjoy the family friendly hiking trails nearby. For winter guests you will find snowmobiling, cross country skiing and ice skating a short distance away. For downhill skiers, Cannon Mountain and Bretton woods are each a short 20-minute drive. All season fun for everyone!

The house is big and spacious. Plenty of room for our family, my parents and the dog. The kids enjoyed the game room and having their rooms upstairs. It is an old house but kept clean and had everything we needed. Karen is responsive and helpful.
