About this house rental

Come stay at our comfortable and clean one bedroom basement suite. A 15 minute drive to downtown Calgary. Free street parking available. The hosts live upstairs but you have the entire private basement suite to yourself, with a side entrance. We also have 2 friendly dogs you might see in the backyard. There is a full kitchen for all your cooking needs. This suite is fully equipped with all the essentials, shower soaps and shampoo, towels, wifi, Netflix, laundry soap and your own personal washer and dryer.

We stayed for the stampede. The property was great. Communication with the hosts was very clear. It’s relatively easy transit wise to get downtown as well from the property. Would recommend!

Suite was clean and the host was great. There was a problem with the furnace but it was rectified the next morning and refunded some of my money plus a nice bottle of wine. I would stay again on my next visit.

We would have enjoyed our stay had the hot water pressure been more than a dribble which made it impossible to have a decent shower over the three days of our stay. We trust the owners get it fixed before they rent to someone else as we noticed we weren't the first to make the concern known to them, in our case during our stay. We also advised the owner that a de-humidifier would help eliminate the dampness/dankness we experienced. If these two issues are addressed, it would be a place we would highly recommend.
