This stunning sea front private villa is located not too far from Catania, only 25 minutes drive away. It offers a private swimming pool and unforgettable views across the sea and Mt. Etna. It is the perfect location for exploring the East Coast of Sicily, with the airport within a short driving distance and Catania within easy reach for restaurants, shops and more.
The house develops over one level. Inside, we find a beautiful and bright living room with large floor to ceiling doors that open into the terrace with sea views, sofas, and TV area. From here, we access the modern kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower, one bedroom that can be twin or double (by pushing the two single beds together), and two more separate bathrooms with shower.
Outside is where this property truly shines: with a private swimming pool (9x4m; 1.4m deep; open all year, from 01/01 to 31/12, not heated) with decking area, equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas, and covered terraces for perfect al-fresco moments, it has unparalleled views across the sea and Mt Etna in the distance.
