About this apartment rental
Newly built, bright upper-floor apartment with a balcony in a quiet downtown location in the coastal town of Norden.
The 76 m² apartment features a spacious living and dining area with direct access to the sunny balcony, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a TV; the second has a small double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, a guest restroom, and a washer-dryer.
Outside, there is a private parking space as well as a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet for charging bicycles.
The house, featuring a mansard roof, offers spacious living on the upper floor with virtually no sloped ceilings. The new building, with a total of 4 apartments, is located within walking distance of Norden’s pedestrian zone, which features numerous shops, restaurants, cafés, the market square, and many attractions (e.g., the Tea Museum...). The beach and harbor of Norddeich, as well as the Wadden Sea, are also easily accessible in a short time by bike, bus, train, or car.
East Frisia is ideal for bike tours and offers numerous opportunities for many beautiful excursions (e.g., the fishing village of Greetsiel, the Emden Art Museum, Lütetsburg Castle Park, and the East Frisian Islands).
