- Microwave / Convection Oven and all what you need for a perfect dinner.
- Little Dining Table
- Smart Tv mounted on the wall for Bed viewing
- Lovely and compact private bathroom.

You have private access to your apartment and the communal Laundry . The apartment has private entrance, located on the ground floor at the rear. ( you must walk through the building to the rear courtyard :) all undercover. Your apartment door is on the ground floor but inside is a set of stairs that you climb to your 1st floor apartment..
Other things to note
- Laundry is located at the rear and and shared with other guests from other studios. Commercial Machines coin operated, very cheap $2 - $4 aud.
- No oil, salt, pepper and any kind of food is provided
- Toilet paper is only provided upon check in as a courtesy. Same for bags, sponges, soap and dishwashing liquid. Cleaning equipment is basic.
- Towels and linen are provided however service for changing linen or washing linen during the stay is not included.
