Rejuvenate in the sea air at a completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 3rd floor Beach Club condo overlooking the tranquil salt marsh in the heart of Fripp Island. With breathtaking panoramic marsh and canal views from nearly every window and it's mid island location across the street from the beach, it truly offers the best of both worlds. Please note that this is a 3rd floor condo and there is no elevator. The spectacular views are worth the stairs in our opinion, but we know that stairs are not an option for everyone!
Surrounded by wildlife preserves, maritime forests, bird-watching sites and sandy beaches, Fripp Island offers a feeling of total escape with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Bring or rent cruiser bikes to take advantage of the island's bike path, or rent a golf cart to explore the beautiful island and watch the many deer that wander.
High ceilings, professionally decorated with a sofa, loveseat (with twin pullout bed), nautical accent chair and a large screen TV in the living room welcome you to relax and soak up the views. With an updated kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and plenty of counter space, the chefs in your party will be right at home. Guests also have access to the charcoal grill behind the complex and the private crabbing dock for beach villa guests only.
A screened porch with a high top table and 2 chairs to relax and enjoy the beach breeze offers sweeping views. There is also a back staircase and entrance to the porch.
Two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in the 2 queen size beds. Both bedrooms offer luxury bedding, flat screen tv's and picture windows. A washer and dryer is also located in the unit. There is also a twin size pull out loveseat in the living room.
GOLF CARTS: If you want a golf cart or bike to get around the island, we recommend booking your rental with the Island Excursion. They have many options & can service the cart/bike immediately if necessary. Off-island vendors are also available. Be sure to reserve a gas golf cart there are no charging stations in the parking lot. Island Excursions will now rent golf carts without an amenity card. AMENITY CARDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

FRIPPNOUT'RAGEOUS is the perfect title for this condo. Best rental I've ever had. The owner's description was 100% accurate and I could not have asked for a better experience. This condo is a home away from home supplied with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fully stocked with all of the kitchen essentials you need, perfectly decorated with comfortable furniture throughout, and bedrooms and baths perfect for two couples or a family. Fripp Island offers a great beach vacation if you want to get away from the tourist traps. If you're looking for a laid back relaxing vacation, Fripp is the place to go. The owner is a great communicator and went above and beyond to make this vacation experience great. The only thing I would suggest for a potential renter is to rent a golf cart for your time there so you can explore the island and see all it has to offer. You will not go wrong renting FRIPPNOUT'RAGEOUS!
