The basement is not accessible unless it s asked for and approved . basement available for 13+ Guests

If You like the cleaning ,Tips is accepted For the lovely woman who takes care of cleaning and the guests comfort a 25$ and more are very appreciated .
N.B:(Basement consists of a family room equipped with a 65" TV , with 2 beds 1 qu and 1 Db and 1 sofabed included only woth 13 people reservation and up ) .
While renovation I installed sound proof between the room walls and in the ceilings to maintain privacy . this situation was improved 80% than before but remember it is not 100% , guests has to take this into consideration especially in the basement where is situated another bachelor apartement next to it .

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was clean and bright with many eating utensils & glasses. Could use some more cooking utensils. Lots of towels and linens. We all slept very comfortably in the many beds. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was close to public transit what was very easy to navigate. Rony was a great host!
