Villa dos Graffitis is located in "Praia 2", it is not on the beach, but it is few foot step from the sand.
The cost benefit it is excellent, very affordable, and property it is very well maintained.
I stayed in apartment in second floor (they will not allow you to choose the floor during reservation) and the room has very nice privacy. The front view is internal and rear (bathroom) it is very close to the next neighbour door. Make sure you have your shower window shut off before you are in.
Despite of the breakfast start a little late (7:30) is excellent, and staff is cordial, they don't talk too much. Sometime take too long to get the scramble eggs and salsages.
The rooms are not very spacious, I missed couple amnities; just one AC plug in room and away from the bad. No place to set the towes to dry, but it is replace daly.
Villa dos Graffitis has a person in the front desk (most of time) that act as tour guide. He is local, polited and you can rely upon. Don't leave for any tour/trip before talk with him. He adds alot to this place.

Such a fabulous place to visit and the hotel was well located. Staff were all helpful.
