The property was ideal for a base to visit the surrounding area. Our bedroom and the property generally was clean and tidy. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine but the 'help yourself' fruit in the dining area was not fresh. Parking could be an issue near the hotel but our disability parking permit helped.

The site did not indicate sign in was 3 to 6. Also, Google showed a pub AND a B&B. We arrived at 8 pm. to a locked door. Arrival was swift after a phone call but is not guaranteed. After that, the room was spotless, lots of extra touches. The lady at breakfast was lovely, and you choose it at sign in with numerous extras available.
