    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved my stay at Chanalai Flora! The staff were incredible and genuinely went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The pools were fantastic, with happy hour by the pool definitely a highlight! When my flight was cancelled after I’d checked out and I returned for an extra night, the team welcomed me back like a long-lost friend. Even when unexpected 6am roadworks outside my room disrupted my first morning (completely outside the hotel’s control), the staff did everything they could to make me comfortable. The only thing missing is an onsite day spa – although the air-conditioned waiting lounge for transfers is next level! Wonderful staff, great location and a lovely stay. I’d happily return. 🌴❤️

    We had a wonderful stay at Chanalai Flora Resort in Kata Beach! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, professional and hospitable. Unfortunately, our rooms weren’t ready at check-in, but the resort went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience by upgrading our room and offering us complimentary afternoon tea while we waited. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture and how well the situation was handled. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the resort is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to Kata Beach, local food markets and plenty of restaurants. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, with such a great variety of options to choose from each morning. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Chanalai Flora Resort to anyone visiting Phuket, especially families. We would happily stay here again!
