Right, where to start? Unusual but very nice “studio” type layout. Done to a high standard. Literally everything you needed except your clothes and food was provided. The hosts even left essentials to get you started. Much appreciated. The hosts are excellent. The view through the gable end window onto open countryside was very relaxing.
Not criticising but advising others. The excellent window at the end has no blinds. If you’re a light sleeper, bring travel eyeshades as the sunlight will wake you. Also, if you sleep with the window by the bed open bring earplugs because of the proximity to a rail track. Would absolutely not put me off going back. I loved the place.
