The place was clean, comfortable and the check-in process was smooth. Location pun senang access.
Overall, everything was satisfactory and the unit was clean. However, I was disappointed that the iron board was not usable.

It is very clean and have lot of space and long mirror. Easy to get ready with many family members.

The place is very spacious and clean, with complete facilities provided. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable throughout our stay. Truly good value for money — highly satisfied and would definitely recommend.

Nothing special about this place. Comfortable bed. Provided housekeeping.
The room wasn’t in the best form. Broken doors and electrical outlets. The bathroom sink took a long time to clear cause it was clogged. And there’s barely any furniture. The location of the hotel is also very dead. And RM10 parking that resets the count at midnight - so if you park your car overnight, you pay RM20 for “two days”. I understand that Salaam Suites doesn’t manage the carpark, but it is still a hefty price for parking. Salaam Suites should consider making a deal with the Nexus building for cheaper rates for their guests.
