Sun Drenched Apartment in the Heart of Surfers

The good. This is a modern spacious apartment that is quiet. The kitchen is adequate for a short break and a dishwasher Is fitted. There is good free wifi; the bed was comfortable. The washing machine and dryer were a godsend. The bathroom was clean and had a decent shower. I was happy that it was a 15 minute walk to the CBD of surfers. Whilst I was there, parking was available but it didn't have a dedicated parking space. (As far as I was aware). The handling agent was excellent at responding to queries and very prompt at responding.

The not so good. Whilst it didn't affect me, if you are there in the warmer months the room is adjacent to the terrace garden and you would have to pull your blinds down if you wanted privacy. The gym was only good for cardio with two treadmills, two exercise bikes a cross trainer and a concept 2 rowing machine. Don't expect anything else. The pool is on the ground floor and I didn't use this so have no observations. With all the available space in the living room, an extra sofa wouldn't go amiss.

Property was clean and tidy well laid out, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed, bathroom was good as well
