Parking podziemny oraz przed budynkiem jak najbardziej na plus, dużo miejsca. Lokalizacja oraz odległość od przystanku też bardzo dobra. Kilka minut spacerkiem i można dojechać tramwajem do centrum.
Lekko cieknąca słuchawka prysznica. Po całej nocy lub w ciągu dnia śmierdziało w łazience kanalizacją. Łóżko trochę się „zapadało” do środka i leżąc miało się wrażenie że się spada na środek łóżka.

Bardzo ładnie urządzone mieszkanie. Wyposażone we wszelkie potrzebne sprzęty. Czysto i cicho.
Woda kapiąca z klimatyzatora z wyższego piętra na balkon i stolik stojący na nim. Nieszczelny wąż od prysznica.
