Do not visit! There is no heating

You get the whole house for yourself, plus the garden.

The cold. There is basically no heating in the property - it was 13°C outside and 14°inside. We visited the house on the 5th of Apri and we had to sleep with our clothes ON. There is one little AC, which is installed in the corridor - and it could barely help with the cold. The nice fireplace turned out to be non-functional - as there was a big hole on the side - plus the host has left no firewood for us to use. There is an electric IR heater of sorts - which heats only the area in front of the heater, utterly useless. Second point - the bathroom / WC is in desperate need of renovation. Broken tiles, patches done with sticky tape...I thought to myself - this can't be serious! The 80l electric boiler was whirring and producing hot water, but we didn't dare to bathe in this bathroom. Third: Open air wires - probably some quick fixes of the electric system have taken place - but nobody cared to close off the wire boxes - hence they are dangerously staying in the open. Definitely not recommended for kids. Fourth: We were given 4 sheets for 4 persons - so we had to choose where to use them.

No hot water for shower makes for a very uncomfortable stay.

This is a house in a quite country location. It's big enough for a family and plenty of space to park your car. It would be particularly enjoyable during the summer months. We were there winter.

It has major electrical problems. Electricity cut out a number of times. However the biggest problem was the hot water. No matter what we did we were unable to get hot water to the shower. At the end we worked out why. It appears that the plumbing is in disrepair and the water from the shower over flows on the floor. We were unable to have a shower for the four days we stayed there. Not good.

Miserabel und in heruntergekommenem Zustand- Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.

Alles dreckig - kaputte Fenster- zugeklebte Steckdose- Kaputte Moebel ohne Fuß. Schubladen schief und gehen nicht zu - Badfliesen kaputt und mit Klebeband zugeklebt! Mikrowelle hat ein Loch- Wasserkocher verkalkt! Im Waschbecken waren komische Essensreste und Ameisen!Siehe Fotos- ich moechte eine Rueckerstattung!!!

Garnicht gut- wir haben uns hnsicher gefuehlt dadurch dass Fenster und Balkkntueren zersprungene gebrochene Gläser hatten die mit Klebeband geklebt sind!

Οι κουβέρτες μύριζαν άσχημα, τα σεντόνια έμοιαζαν χρησιμοποιημένα, σαν να μην είχαν αλλαχτεί από τους προηγούμενους. Στο πάτωμα υπήρχαν ψαράκια, και έκανε πάρα πολύ κρύο. Η περιγραφή ανέφερε ότι προσφέρετε κρασί και φρούτα – δεν υπήρχε τίποτα. Αυτή η εμπειρία ήταν τραγική και απογοητευτική. Δεν μπορείτε να ζητάτε τα χρήματα του κόσμου για κάτι που δεν αξίζει ούτε τα βασικά. Είναι προσβολή προς τον επισκέπτη και κοροϊδία. Σας παρακαλώ να το λάβετε πολύ σοβαρά υπόψη. ⸻ DEUTSCH (Γερμανικά): Was wir erlebt haben, war absolut inakzeptabel. Wir hatten die Unterkunft für eine Nacht gebucht und fanden einen Ort vor, der wie ein verlassenes, schmutziges Haus wirkte. Die Decken rochen unangenehm, die Bettwäsche sah benutzt aus, als ob sie nicht gewechselt wurde. Auf dem Boden krabbelten Silberfischchen, und es war bitterkalt im Raum. In Ihrer Beschreibung stand, dass Sie Wein und Obst bereitstellen – nichts davon war da. Diese Erfahrung war enttäuschend und einfach nur schlimm. Es ist unfair, das Geld der Leute zu nehmen, wenn die Unterkunft nicht einmal die grundlegendsten Standards erfüllt. Das ist respektlos gegenüber Gästen und schlichtweg Täuschung. Bitte nehmen Sie unsere Rückmeldung sehr ernst. ⸻ ENGLISH (Αγγλικά): What we experienced was absolutely unacceptable. We booked this place for one night and arrived to find a space that looked abandoned and dirty. The blankets smelled bad, the sheets appeared used, as if they hadn’t been changed after the previous guests. There were bugs (silverfish) crawling on the floor, and the room was freezing cold. Your listing mentioned wine and fruit — there was none of that. This was a terrible, disappointing experience. It’s unacceptable to take people’s money for something that doesn’t even meet basic standards. It’s disrespectful to guests and simply dishonest.

W okresie letnim powinno być super , przestronny dom . Po sezonie kilka stopni w domu . Dom zimny ,wychlodzony Bardziej nadający się do generalnego remontu a nie wynajmowania ... dwa grzejniczki i ledwo dmuchajaca klimą nie dają rady. Bezpieczniki wybiją ZDECYDOWANIE NIE POLECAM !!!

Δεν το προτείνω για Χειμώνα!

Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο. Ειχε ωραια αυλη αλλα εμεις πηγαμε 25 Δεκεμβριου που εβρεχε και ειχε πεσει πολυ η θερμοκρασια,οπότε δεν θα μπορουσαμε να απολαυσουμε τους εξωτερικούς χωρους.Είχε αφήσει για εμάς η ιδιοκτήτρια κέρασμα 1 κουτι μπισκοτα, φρούτα και κρασί. Επειδή θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε την Θεσσαλονίκη,την Έδεσσα και την Ναουσα, η τιμή ήταν η καλύτερη που βρήκαμε για σπίτι 5 ατόμων ημέρες Χριστουγέννων. Η απόσταση για Θεσσαλονίκη ήταν 46 λεπτά. Για Νάουσα 1 ώρα και για Εδεσσα 1,5 ώρα.

Στο μπάνιο είχε ένα μισό τελειωμένο ρόλο χαρτί υγείας. Την ρώτησα αν είχε κάπου αλλού και δεν τα βρίσκω, μιας και φτάσαμε κουρασμένοι 5 άτομα από ταξίδι τόσων ωρών από Πάτρα ημέρα Χριστουγέννων και δεν ήξερα αν θα βρω super market ανοιχτό τετοια μερα... δεν μου απάντησε! Από θερμανση είχε ένα air-condition το οποίο ηταν στο διάδρομο αλλα ηταν μικρο και αδυνατούσε να ζεστάνει αυτό το σπίτι. Δεν μπορεσαμε να κλεισουμε την πορτα της κουζινας για να απομονωσουμε λιγο τους χώρους επειδή είχε φρακαρει. Μια σόμπα μικρή η οποια δεν ζέσταινε και μια σόμπα μεγαλύτερη η οποία ήταν η μοναδική που θα μπορούσε να ζεστάνει ένα ομως μονο δωμάτιο. Οι χωροι όμως που θα κοιμόμασταν 5 άτομα ήταν τρεις. Δυο δωματια και ενα σαλονι.Την ρώτησα αν είχε ξύλα για το τζάκι ή κάποια άλλη σόμπα να βάλουμε στο σαλόνι για να βάλω και τα 3 παιδιά να κοιμηθούν μαζι αλλά μου απάντησε ότι δεν είχε κάτι άλλο! Το χειρότερο από όλα όμως ήταν ότι δεν μπορέσαμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο τόσες μέρες! Όταν αναβαμε το θερμοσίφωνα έπεφτε ο γενικός! Την πρώτη φορά που της είπα ότι έπεσε το ρεύμα μου είπε να πάμε έξω να το σηκώσουμε. Δεν με ξαναπήρε να με ρωτήσει αν τα καταφέραμε, παρόλο που είχε αρχίσει να νυχτώνει.. Την επόμενη μέρα που ξανά έπεσε το ρεύμα της είπα ότι κλείσαμε το air-condition, κλείσαμε και την μια σόμπα, αφήσαμε μόνο μια σόμπα ανοιχτή μήπως καταφέρουμε να ανοίξουμε το θερμοσίφωνα να κάνουμε ένα μπάνιο αλλά πάλι έπεφτε ο γενικός! Δεν μου απάντησε καν! Την πρώτη μέρα φτιάξαμε έναν ελληνικό στο μάτι της κουζίνας, την δεύτερη μέρα η κουζίνα δε δούλευε για να φτιάξουμε καφέ! Δε μπορώ να φανταστώ να δοκιμάζαμε να μαγειρεψουμε και να σταματούσε να δουλεύει! Δεν το επιχείρησα καν, είχα αρχίσει εξάλλου να απογοητευομαι ήδη! Το σπίτι αυτό φαντάζομαι είναι μια επιλογή για το Καλοκαίρι. Το Χειμώνα όμως, ειδικα 25 Δεκεμβριου που πηγαμε εμεις,δεν θα έπρεπε να το διαθέτει, καθως δεν έχει θερμανση και δεν έχει θερμοσίφωνα!

Καλό μόνο για τους θερινούς μήνες.

Πολύ όμορφο και ευρύχωρο σπίτι για μια οικογένεια.Ωραια θέα μεγάλη βεράντα και αυλή.

Ελειπεις θέρμανση το μικρό κλιματιστικό και τα δύο σώματα δεν μπορούν να καλύψουν το σπίτι με αποτέλεσμα να κρυώνεις. Ελειπεις ενημέρωση για τον θερμοσίφωνα και για το ότι πέφτει η ασφάλεια αν έχεις σε λειτουργία και τα δύο σώματα και το κλιματιστικό, όπως επίσης και ότι η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια γινόταν μέσο της εφαρμογής booking διότι δεν απαντούσε στις κλήσης μας. Χρήζει ανακαίνισης ή έστω να αλλαχτούν τα σπασμένα τζάμια που τα έχουν κολλημένα με καφέ ταινία. Η τιμή υψηλή γι αυτό που προσέφερε η τουλάχιστον τον χειμώνα.
