El apartamento tenía aire acondicionado y la ducha estaba muy bien. Decorado sencillo pero acogedor.
Es un bajo, no tenía persianas y las paredes eran finas, por lo que se oía a la gente que pasaba por la calle. Para una noche, cumplió mis expectativas, pero no lo recomiendo si necesitas oscuridad o silencio para dormir.

En general todo está muy bien. En cuanto a la zona, es verdad que no es la mejor de madrid, pero los comentarios que hablan de esta como peligrosa exageran. Usera tiene mucha vida, mucho jaleo nocturno, diferentes nacionalidades y a veces puedes dar con algún altercado pero ni roban coches, ni atracan, ni similar...
No hubo nada que nos disgustara.

Relativamente comodo alla fermata della metro ma quartiere degradato
Quartiere degradato, schiamazzi notturni con polizia ogni notte, accesso diretto alla strada senza porta blindata.
