La ubicación es buena y la relación con el precio esta muy bien. La cama es cómoda y tiene Internet. El parqueadero es afuera de la casa.
El sitio tiene mucho olor a humedad, no estaba completamente limpio ni el baño ni la cocina y además encontramos algunas pequeñas cucarachas. A la cocina le falta elementos; solo tiene una olla para usar, la estufa le falla el encendido eléctrico y no tiene cafetera ni soporte de colador. En la noche mucho ruido de arriba y hay un olor terrible a cigarrillo que viene de abajo todo el tiempo.
