Good location, clean room, comfortable bed, it was very nice to find chocolate candies as a welcome gift. Also, it was very warm in the room - even though it was quite cold outside (below zero). Really good value, highly recommended!

There is a supermaket nearby. It's easy to get a uber to train station.
There are fogged windows in the toillets. You'll have no complete privacy. Make sure if it's a problem in family trips.

The place is very close to bus stops/ tram stations. ✓
It is also very quite and peaceful. ✓
The price/performance ratio is acceptable. ✓
The place where I stayed provided the facility for basic needs. ✓
The kitchen (and also bathroom) was clean. ✓
There weren't any staff members. Finding an interlocutor to talk with about anything was impossible. I think It is necessary to be able to talk to an interlocutor or somebody in charge in person when needed, apart from texting via Booking.com. X
