The layout of the condo is a bit awkward on two levels. Bathroom downstairs was nicely renovated.

Location was fine. Difficult to find parking.

The lock on the front door did not work only the iron gate. TV did not work. Kitchen counters were very high and made it difficult to prepare and cook food. Two bedrooms with double beds.

Sehr enttäuschend

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig.

Im Badezimmer funktionierte nur ein Waschbecken, es war Schimmel im Duschbereich. Die Handtücher waren sehr hart und alt, von allem was. Die Dusche und die Toiletten stanken, was man mit Chlor versuchte zu überlagern. Das Wohnzimmer hatte sehr schlechte Sofas, sehr durchgesessen. Die Küchenutensilien waren sehr gemischt und unvollständig. Als wir kamen, stand noch gebrauchtes Geschirr von den Vormietern in der Küche. Abfalltüten fehlten und wurden nicht nachträglich geliefert.

Maison sur trois étages, super spacieuse. Passer du temps autour de la table de la salle à manger est super agréable pour échanger entre amis.

Maison au calme, bien placée par rapport au centre ville. Pièces assez spacieuses.

Installations électriques fantaisistes - porte d'entrée (vitrée) qui ne ferme pas à clé et qui donne directement sur la rue, seule la grille extérieure ferme à clé - pas de lave-vaisselle ni de grille pain, alors que ces éléments sont indiqués dans le descriptif - un lavabo condamné dans l'unique salle de bains- Quelques petites réparations/améliorations seraient nécessaires mais comme la maison est en vente, ça ne semble pas au programme...

Si vous souhaitez être en centre ville, maison d’hote bien placée.

- odeurs d’égouts (le propriétaire n’a rien voulu savoir) - pas chauffé ( le propriétaire n’a pas voulu le chauffer car selon lui pas nécessaire) - tête de douche pleine de calcaire - porte rue fermée par une grille mais pas la porte de la maison
