Super lokalizacja bo wcale nie tak daleko od dworca Łódź Fabryczna (spacerkiem około 20minut) do Manufaktury 3min, do ul.Piotrkowskiej około 5 minut, Żabka i Piekarnia dosłownie 15m a do Biedronki około 3 minut. Samo mieszkanie małe ale w zupełności wystarczające dla naszej rodziny na tyle, żeby przespać i zjeść śniadanie. Jest w czym wypić poranną kawę i na czym zjeść śniadanie. Kontakt z właścicielem super.
Mimo że okna wychodzą nie bezpośrednio na ulicy i ze jest to 5 piętro to przy otwartych oknach dosyć głośno. Dużo muszek owocowej wlatujacych przez otwarte okno prawdopodobnie z pomieszczenia na śmieci na dole budynku. Warto pomyśleć o ręczniku papierowym do kuchni

Lokalizacja idealna, jedyny mankament to brak klimy, ale jest wiatrak. Poza tym wszystko jak należy. Mogę szczerze polecić :)

Świetny apartament w nowoczesnym bloku, bardzo czysto, na wyposażeniu wszystko, co potrzeba. Lokalizacja super, blisko na Piotrkowską, blisko do Manufaktury, pod klatką przystanek tramwajowy.

Wentylator pracujący nawet w nocy, gorąco, brak klimatyzacji, brzydki zapach, hałas zza okna, kiepskie łóżko.
