La posizione è davvero molto comoda, se si vuole camminare si può raggiungere quasi tutto a piedi, se no a pochi metri c'è la fermata della metro. La casa era molto pulita e con tutti i servizi elencati nell'annuncio.
La casa è particolarmente fatiscente, cade un po' a pezzi, inoltre, il divano, le sedie e le lenzuola erano macchiati. Diciamo che per quello che è, costa un po' tanto, anche se in quartiere latino è difficile trovare qualcosa che costi meno. È un buon compromesso, ma andrebbe curata un po' di più

Bon emplacement pour visite touristique de Paris. Proximité des commerces et transports en commun

Det var en rätt ordentlig nergången lägenhet som skulle behöva toralrenoveras. Det märktes de bara hyr ut för att tjäna pengar. En investering i lägenheten bör göras. Förutsättningarna är ändå rätt goda. Bör nog undersöka eventuell mögel. Det är också dags förnya alla sängkläder (som hade fläckar på sig) och urtvättade handdukar.
