La posizione è davvero molto comoda, se si vuole camminare si può raggiungere quasi tutto a piedi, se no a pochi metri c'è la fermata della metro. La casa era molto pulita e con tutti i servizi elencati nell'annuncio.
La casa è particolarmente fatiscente, cade un po' a pezzi, inoltre, il divano, le sedie e le lenzuola erano macchiati. Diciamo che per quello che è, costa un po' tanto, anche se in quartiere latino è difficile trovare qualcosa che costi meno. È un buon compromesso, ma andrebbe curata un po' di più

Un bon rafraîchissement ( peinture) serait à prévoir Salle de bain sale Rail du placard de la chambre HS Radiateur de la salle de bain à changer

La ubicación de la vivienda es buena. Pero pese a ello, requiere una actualización de su estado y mantenimiento. Una puesta a punto supondría un salto cualitativo. Estado de cocina, baño, mobiliario... necesitan un cambio urgente. Hasta por seguridad
El estado de mantenimiento general deterioro. Cocina, baño, mobiliario... los cables de la electricidad....Necesita una importante puesta a punto.
