Poor value and issue with ants and no hot water to kitchen.

Own driveway, washing machine and reasonable bathroom

Ants on kitchen counter, no hot water to kitchen, very old furnishings and unpainted for many years. Main bedroom mattress was like a board and paper thin wall to owners meant I could hear even a light switch going on.

Green Bay Family get away

The place was very clean and spacious heaps of room to move around plenty of room for parking the neighbors where good as funny thing was know him for years so good to catch-up with him at the same time was in the perfect location.

The master bedroom and the smaller beds were very hard lots of lights not work and the power point in the room across for master wasn't working.

Great house in Green Bay

We were only there for a night but it was a very nice house and had everything we needed. The rooms were comfortable and the garden was lovely. The kids enjoyed the piano. Shame we couldn't stay longer but it was perfect for our first night in New Zealand.

Great stay for use of a house

Owner's communication was very good, and house instructions were clear and helpful. When we needed help, owner was nearby and very responsive. Wifi was good. Had the whole house and was very spacious. In all, very happy with everything.

It is well used, and we were a bit uncertain about cleanliness, especially the rugs and kitchenware. But the house grew on us after 3 days. Just keep these expectations in mind. Location was pretty good, but Auckland is so huge, make sure this location is near what you'll want to see, like Waitakere ranges. It was about 30 minutes to city center.

My whole family love the place, it was very comfortable especially the bed as it was chilly that night electric bed helped a lot. We love everything there. You ve got all you need. I’m planning of going back together with our friends.

Well equipped family accommodation, excellent for our short trip.

Property was well equipped it had everything we needed for a family. Rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. A quiet location and safe location. There were toys to keep kids busy, also Netflix & wifi. Great communication with owner and very accommodating to our needs.

We used the back entrance more as it was closer to our car on a rainy day. The bottom step needs reinforcing was not safe for our elderly person also no rail to grip to. Some of the sheets/pillows seem quite worn out which gives the impression it’s not clean even though it’s not the case. It would’ve been helpful to have an airfryer too. There are a lot of road works on the way to the house which delays travel.
