Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, proche d'une boulangerie, proche du supermarché, et du centre ville. Vue dégagée sur la Garonne. La literie très bonne. Appartement au calme.
La porte principale pour rentrée dans la résidence la serrure fonctionne vraiment pas bien, il faut 5mn pour réussir à l'ouvrir. Le logement présente des petites choses à revoir. 2 salles de bain, 1 seul sèche cheveux. Idem, un seul balai brosse pour 2 wc. Le pare baignoire laisse passer l'eau dans l'angle en bas quand on prend sa douche. Pas de vmc dans les 2 salles de bain. Manque des patères pour y mettre sa serviette également. Un peu cher, pour avoir récemment réservé un appartement en Andorre plus grand et plus luxueux. Des capsules à café ne correspondent pas à la cafetière.

Es un apartament molt ben equipat, pràcticament nou. Molt comfortamble i espaiós. Molt ben situat.
Preu excessiu. Els coixins dels llits molt durs.
