オーナーの方はすぐに連絡をくださり、とても親切でした。
位置的にはJRや京阪の駅から徒歩で行け、どこか懐かしさを感じる静かな路地にあり、静かでした。そこを出ると、近くに飲食店やお茶の専門店等があり、スーパーマーケットもあったため、食事などには困りませんでした。また、観光地も徒歩で行ける範囲です。
室内は自宅にいるようなのんびりとくつろげる部屋になっていて、絵本などが飾られていて、目を惹きました。

Die Besitzerin der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Räumlichkeit war großzügig. Wenn man etwas entspannt und statt Hotels in einem japannischen Haus übernachten möchte, ist diese Unterkunft empfehlenswert. Das Haus ist richtig nett eingerichtet.
Die Unterkunft war sehr gut zu Fuß von den Stationen von JR und Keihan zu erreichen. In dieser Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants sowie einen großen Supermarkt.
Es könnte im Sommer ziemlich warm sein. Aber dafür gibt es gut und schnell funktionierende Klimaanlagen.

子どもが喜ぶ絵本やマンガ、おもちゃがたくさんあり、子どもがそれらを読んだりあそんだりしてくれたので、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。
かわいい食器や歯ブラシ、壁のデザイン、など子どもが喜びました。
『絵本ハウス』という名前に負けない良い施設と感じました。
また、洗濯機だけでなく、洗濯物を干すためのハンガーやピンチが十分あり、洗濯物を干すことが問題なく出来ました。扇風機もあったので、一晩でほぼ乾きました。長旅にはありがたかったです。
台所のカウンターが広くが使いやすかったです。
寝室の扉が動かすと音が鳴るので、子どもが寝た後に部屋を出るには気を使わなければなりませんでした。
階段がやや急です。

The whole house was very nice. We really love it. It was very kid-friendly. The surrounding area is quiet and safe, within walking distance of Uji walking streets. A supermarket and a bridge over the river were not very far. A folder of neighborhood suggestions laid out on the table was very appreciated.
We were struggling a bit trying to work the hot water out. There are no instructions on how to operate the appliance in the bathroom. And it'd have been much better to have a drying machine.
