The accommodation was perfect and ideally suited for our trip to Australia to our son. Whilst it was hard to liaise with Booking.com regarding rental dates, the accommodation host based in Palm Beach was extremely supportive in adjusting our booking and liaising with our son prior to our arrival. The accommodation was superb and had all the right provision for a short term stay.
Booking.com need to be more specific about location of apartments in relation to 'beach side' or 'road side' and what is available. We were unable to select or adjust bookings to accommodate beach side views and did not notice this until we arrived at the accommodation.
Booking.com is really hard to communicate with - no contact numbers and emails do not get responded to. Better customer services to make it feel a little more user friendly. We were advised by many other travellers to use Air BnB in the future and we would get the same type of accommodation for a cheaper rate and get a more personal approach.
