The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping came every single day and did a fantastic job, which made the villa feel fresh and comfortable at all times. The complex is modern, beautifully designed, and the pool area is a real highlight. The location in Canggu is great, close to restaurants, shops, cafes, while still feeling relaxing.

There was very little to dislike. Everything met our expectations!

Good appartment , but the bed bug changed our perspective about the villa

The property wasn’t that bad from the beginning but the end was really traumatic

We saw bed bugs crawling from the pillow and under the bed ,I and my husband couldn’t sleep we had to move down to the sitting room nd sleep on the couch which was really hard and stressful for me cos I am pregnant , I took videos nd pictures of the bed bug nd we called security person on duty that night and he saw the bed bug coming out from the bottom of the bed with his eyes ….

“Thank you very much” with this kinda compensation

Service is nice

When we moved in at the beginning, the living room are smelly and I didn’t know what was that until the last night. Small bugs on the bed every night and we have reported to the villa, but nothing has changed. Also, on the last night that we have stayed, there are a lot of cockroaches on the floor, even on the bed. I felt itchy every night. And the smell is probably from these cockroaches. Me and my girlfriend didn’t even sleep on the last night since we are afraid of these cockroaches. And our whole day plan was ruined.

I am innnnn loooooooooove

The place was absolutely luxurious—calling it “wonderful” would be an understatement. The entire staff is professional and incredibly quick to respond to any request. Cleanliness deserves a million out of 10. I couldn’t accept any other place I stayed at after this. The private pool is extremely clean, as well as the public one upstairs. The daily room cleaning is beyond excellent, something I don’t even see in hotels. Nothing is missing, and nothing is ever forgotten in the house. They are always smiling despite my many requests, and they respect all different customs and traditions. Especially Mr. Made Adrill — unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance to talk much, but the time we did talk was wonderful and full of politeness and cooperation. If I ever return to Bali again, without exaggeration, the reason will be this place. I’m from Egypt, and I love you all very much.

The property was beautiful just as shown in the pictures, if we had any issues, we would just report it and it will get fixed which was helpful and the place is family friendly.

Sometimes the breakfast was limited, they wouldn’t have the items on as listed on the menu.

Beautifully designed villa, great staff, VERY comfortable to recharge at

Beautiful villa, appears to have been developed fairly recently. The #1 thing I want to emphasize in this review and give massive appreciation to the facility management, is regarding the pictures and marketing. If you're browsing villas in Bali, I'm relieved to tell you that you can actually believe the pictures shown here on Booking. Trust me when I say, this is very often NOT the case. I stayed here for a few days prior to returning to my work in order to relax and decompress. I have not had such a comfortable stay at any other location I've visited in my travels. Well designed villa, had all the comforts I was looking for, the staff was very friendly and responsive. Everything worked as it should and was maintained well. One thing which surprised me, is that there is in fact room service. This was a consideration for me while I was browsing my options, and was a downside that I'd noted for this location. I'm not sure if it's a new addition that the restaurant previously didn't offer, but it was a welcome surprise, and probably should be added to the listing! Another nice thing was there was a security staff member (I wish I'd gotten his name, as he was extremely professional and polite!) each and every time I came or went, and he acted as concierge as well, directing both my taxi later a grocery delivery to the correct place.

Not a problem for me, as I just wanted to lounge and relax a bit, but it should be noted that in general the downstairs area can be noisy at times, primarily from all the scooters coming and going. However, I still found it plenty quiet while I was sleeping upstairs, or in the pool area. One other minor thing, I would definitely appreciate a laundry service on-site. I'd happily have paid a little extra compared to the shops outside for the convenience!

Relaxing and Amazing Canggu Stay!

They stay was amazing throughout. The villa is very spacious despite not being open to the outside. The pool/jacuzzi was the highlight as it is private for each villa so really had a nice private swim everyday there. The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom was humongous too. Stayed here for 5 nights, and it was a really comfortable and relaxing trip. The surrounding neighborhood has everything that you need. I would suggest going to Milk for breakfast, Brunch Club Bangi, for Brunch, and pick the plethora of restaurants nearby for lunch and Dinner. The villa is also only a 5-minute bike ride to Finn's and Atlas. Really strategic location

It was quiet and beautiful.

Everything is good, Except for privacy, it was 0%.

The resort is beautiful and everything was great, but I do not recommend it because they do not have a phone in the room or the hall and they do not have privacy and they do not have a bell. At 12 o'clock, it was time to leave, and I was surprised that the host entered my room and said, "Now is the time to leave. I will not come here with my family or anything else. Their privacy is 0%." I tried to explain to him that this is not good and how he could enter my room without my knowledge. He was also walking in the hall when I heard his steps, so I was surprised how he allowed himself to enter without permission, knowing that it was 12 o'clock and I was not late. I do not recommend it for families, it is only suitable for young people. I also advised them to install a bell or a phone in the house and not to enter suddenly, and he was trying to say that this is right!!! This is the last time I come here. I also want to add something. He had a phone number and did not even call. I repeat, I do not recommend this resort at all. Avoid booking there if you want privacy.

It was good but probably wouldn’t stay there again

The pool, the staff were friendly, the room fittings were great.

We stayed in the 1bedroom villa with own pool. It was never overly clean, and there was an awful smell of mould/ wetness in the bathroom through out our whole stay. We had a rat in our lounge room. For the money per night it probably wasn’t worth the money we paid per night.

Insgesamt ist es eine schöne Unterkunft mit viel Potenzial, aber es gibt einige Punkte in Sachen Sauberkeit und Ausstatt

Wir waren eine Woche in der Alex Villas Nr. 5. Die Bilder haben uns sofort angesprochen – und tatsächlich ist das Apartment sehr schön gestaltet und auch technisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt etwas getrübt haben:

• Beim Betreten des Apartments war der Geruch von Reinigungsmitteln sehr stark und hielt sich auch in den Handtüchern und Bettdecken, was erst nach einigen Tagen nachließ. • Auf den Möbeln befanden sich viele Fingerabdrücke, der Teppich war fleckig und auch auf den Handtüchern waren immer wieder Flecken zu sehen. • Der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon hat beim Befüllen viel Wasser verloren, was wir gemeldet haben, aber es wurde nichts daran geändert. • Besonders enttäuschend war, dass der Whirlpool nicht dauerhaft warm blieb. Anfangs kam zwar warmes Wasser, aber nur bis zu einer bestimmten Menge – danach wurde es kalt. Uns wurde erklärt, dass das Apartment nur eine begrenzte Menge Warmwasser (ca. 500 Liter) zur Verfügung stellt. Sobald diese aufgebraucht ist, wird das Wasser nur noch lauwarm bis kalt. Außerdem wurde uns gesagt, dass der Whirlpool deshalb nicht als „Hot Tub“, sondern nur als „Tub“ bezeichnet wird. Positiv hervorheben möchten wir, dass wir als Entschuldigung für die Probleme mit dem Whirlpool eine kostenlose Massage erhalten haben – das war eine sehr nette Geste und hat uns gefreut.

Достойный номер, персонал вообще отличный, все очень добрые и приветливые, только ради персонала можно 10 поставить, даже охранник улыбается как родному сыну и встречает и провожает, сам номер тоже чистый, уборка регулярное, ребята молодцы

Окна могут залетать комары, но это как и везде на бали, нужно быть аккуратнее
