A localização é excelente, chegamos e colocamos o carro na garagem, fomos a praia, pizzaria, mercado tudo a pé, tudo muito perto o carro só saiu da garagem para virmos embora. Proprietário muito atencioso e cuidadoso. Apartamento arejado, limpo e bem cuidado.

Excelente localização, e também ótimo custo benefício...
Ótimo apartamento, porém dava pra melhorar a questão dos ventiladores, muito fraquinho, não ventila quase nada , tirando isso tudo como esperava,
