3 Bedroom Ocean Views on Level 29 at the H'Residences - Q Stay

The location was amazing - can't beat it.

The beds are really uncomfortable. Unable to use the towel room but there wasn't enough towel service. The balcony sliding door didn't lock. I have young children and we were on level 29 - which made it really hard to relax. I called the office on arrival which was a Saturday and no one was available to come look at it and the lady said someone will come on Sunday but no one came the entire week. The dishwasher didn't work which meant doing dishes myself. Not enough basic supply for the week we were there. We were there for 6 days but only have 2 sachets of laundry detergent. The bathroom essentials were pretty much for 1 use for 2 people not for a booking of 6 people.

Central surfers paradise location. Traveling with older teens & young adults felt safe knowing they could walk around and be in a close proximity. Room was very quiet - open those doors and you can hear the bussle of people below.

Although we loved our room & balcony other appartments around may not be rentals and smoking on balconies was permitted. It was no pleasant some nights to sit on balcony to enjoy the view

Seamless check in . With great communication and even better instructions with photos included for how to enter carpark etc . This was very impressive and extremely helpful ! The Apartment itself is in an Excellent Central Location - just a short walk to food / entertainment / pharmacy / beach / anything we needed . Another great bonus was that we were able to park both of our cars in the very spacious carpark without worrying about our new LandCruiser being so close to the car next to it we might come back to scratches - which seems to be a problem everywhere else we go . Big cars don’t fit into tiny car spaces ! Our 3bedroom apartment was huge and we had a great view of the slingshot and all the action Surfers Paradise has to offer . I’ve already rebooked for our son’s soccer tournament next year . We loved it :)

The location is great! Right on Cavil Ave. Lovely views.

The apartment is in desperate need of an upgrade. Broken, unlockable bathroom and balcony doors, broken soap holders in both showers, only 5 dining chairs for 6 people. It also was not cleaned very well, needs a deep one! Little things, as in not enough glasses, no cutting knives, wardrobe doors that were broken, chunks of plaster off walls. It certainly was smaller than the pictures indicated! For the price I paid, it could have been much better!
