Amazing location, the owner is very friendly and helpful, with amazing communication! The room was super clean and well equipped.

1. The location is great: within walking distance of the design district and great cafes/restaurants, yet quiet enough at night to sleep. 2. The design of the units themselves is truly standout: clean, modern, practical, spacious, and equipped with a solid kitchen and dining table for those who like to eat at home or save $ on food. 3. The building-provided washer/dryer is also a plus, saving $$ on "hotel laundry" and providing the convenience in the building (down the hall).

1. The hosts were very slow to respond to questions on the booking.com web chat portal. 2. The bedroom door inexplicably opens inward, making it impossible to use the bathroom sink without closing the door. 3. The bathroom was split between a toilet/shower (separate room) and a sink INSIDE the bedroom. 4. The worst thing of all? In a "2-bedroom unit" there is just one bedroom, with a separate sliding door within it that leads to a second (single) bed. Meaning, whomever sleeps in the single bed needs to walk through the bedroom past the other occupant to enter/exit, and if they turn on the light (with a brutally loud fan) to the bathroom or use the sink, they'll wake the occupant in the main portion of the bedroom. 5. It's great that they provide a Nespresso machine and 2 pods, however, that's it. Wouldn't be so bad apart from the fact that the only way to get more pods is to travel to Brickell to the only sanctioned store in Miami. Should be a way of purchasing additional pods from them, if $ is the concern. Otherwise it's a tease...

We liked the location. The space was very clean.

The space was soulless and the bed was hard with cheap pillows. The coffee situation was terrible as the machine spit out 8 oz of liquid into a 6 oz cup, the only size available. Fun clean up! The bathroom mirror was extremely inadequate for make up application. The owner of this space needs to spend a couple of days there to see what it feels like.
