The apartment was great, the service received from the owner was amazing. Everything was nice. The food from the restaurant and service from them and reception was great. We loved our stay.. We truly enjoyed ourselves

The pool should have been a heated pool. The pool was freezing we could only dip our legs.. Soccer tabel was not in a good condition. On booking.com it says there is a hot tub but there isn't anything. There is a dish washer and washing machine but no soap tablets or washing powder.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Ballito. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping centres. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth. The views and outdoor area were highlights of our stay, making it a perfect place to relax with family and friends.

The only minor improvement would be a stronger Wi-Fi. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.

The location/area. The price wasnt bad for 2 nights

It was near a construction area, so it was quite noisy. The smell when we walked in, it smelt like oil, maybe the previous guests cooked. No basics like even bottled water atleast. Bed was quite squeaky. Wasn't cleaned properly. Hand prints on the walls, shower had black mould.
