Bon emplacement avec vue mer.
La villa a besoin d’une grosse réfection générale. Problème électrique, le lustre extérieur qui fait disjoncter quand il pleut dessus, fuite d’eau quand il pleut dans une salle de bain, four hs, portes et fenêtres défectueuses , manque d’ampoule, cuisine mal équipée. Propreté générale laissant à désirer. Absence de lave linge, balais, aspirateur et de barbecue.
