    Front desk was able to converse in English well. The room was big and spacious, maybe even too big for a 2-person stay!

    Its location is excellent . Nearby , there is a supermarket . Opposite , the hotel , is the metro . However , the room cleaning staffs are not attentive . They simply only refill the towels , throw rubbish . Loose hairs were seen at the bathroom floor . Coffee stains on the table , not wiped off . Bedding not make . Stains were seen at the Washing machine .

    Enjoyed the bath, accommodations were clean. Comfortable. Only small comment is the room did not include body lotion. The breakfast not worth the value if take away.

    1.The A/C is dripping water 2. No hot water from the sink, 3. There is a visible gap in the wall through which we can see outside — this is extremely concerning from a safety perspective. 4. The hairdryer is broken. 5. The floor is uneven, making walking inside the room uncomfortable. 6. Soundproofing is very poor — even on the 6th floor, we can hear all the traffic noise outside. 7. The room is tiny than described and shown in the listing photos. We asked to switch rooms right after check-in, but were told there were no other rooms available. This experience is far below what we expected based on the listing, and we are extremely disappointed. I talked to a receptionist but they didn’t do anything. Very disappointed, I’m so regrets for my booking.
