Casa dall'architettura particolare e affascinante, molto grande, con spazi assolutamente adeguati alle persone che può accogliere. Posizione meravigliosa con splendida vista dal terrazzo ed a metà strada tra Cambrils e Salou, facilmente raggiungibili a piedi dal lungomare presente a 10 mt dalla casa. Cucina ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Lavatrice ed asciugatrice in bagno. Pulizie e cambio lenzuola una volta alla settimana.

Purtroppo il giardino non è molto sfruttabile a causa della presenza di uccelli sui rami dei pini marittimi presenti nel cortile, con rischio di essere sporcati dai loro bisogni, ma questo non è sicuramente una colpa della struttura. Uno dei tre bagni aveva un odore di fogna terribile.

This is an ideal location for a quiet family vacation. The villa is located in the area of private properties (houses) on the sea side. This means less people on the beach and the nearest possible distance to it. Even if you go 500m left or right - hotels start appearing (more people). Also, no road or railway between the house and the sea, which is quite rare for Spain. 60 meters of walk in the shadow under the pines from the villa to the beach. The property itself is under the pines - shadowed all day long.

Sometimes there was some smell inside the house, but not always. If it's fixed - would be awesome. Beach umbrellas to take to the beach would be nice to have. They're cheap and easy to buy, but useless after the vacation to take back home, so having them at the property would be a bonus.
