El apartamento está muy bien equipado por dentro. Nunca nos hemos encontrado tanto orden y detalle en una estancia; había todo lo necesario para uso doméstico. La propietaria, que era muy atenta, nos dejó algunos refrescos en la nevera como bienvenida.
Le faltaba un poco de limpieza en los rincones y suelo. A la ducha le costaba tragar el agua. Y la ubicación; a pesar de estar cerca de Mieres ( cerca de una hora de ida caminando ), es una urbanización con pocos o ningún servicio. Llegamos a las 20h30 y ya no pudimos cenar ni comprar nada en ningún establecimiento de la zona. Con lo que si no tienes coche, es muy difícil acceder y el día a día.

La dueña muy atenta al teléfono. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. El arroyo pasando por al lado, estupendo

La ubicación perfecta muy tranquila y natural, y con coche a 20 minutos de oviedo. Una casa muy acogedora y limpia.
No tiene ascensor.

Las vistas. Zona tranquila. Había de todo para suplir las necesidades básicas.
Íbamos con personas mayores y tener que subir 55 escalones hasta el tercer piso sin ascensor fue complicado. Además, una de las camas era demasiado pequeña para dos personas. Por lo demás genial
