Apartament czysty, nowoczesny i ładnie urządzony. Doskonale wyposażony, jest wszystko aby normalnie mieszkać. Byliśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni. Lokalizacja 10/10 - na uboczu ale niedaleko centrum, cisza i spokój za oknami. Po drugiej stronie ulicy jest droga na plażę, przez ładny sosnowy las prowadzi do plaży nr 83 - nie jest zatłoczona i głośna jak plaża w centrum - polecam. Miejsce garażowe w parkingu podziemnym to kolejna zaleta. Ogólnie w pełni zasłużona najwyższa ocena.

Najprościej odpowiedzieć wszystko. Mieszkanie bardzo zadbane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Okolica bardzo fajna. Dużym plusem miejsce garażowe co przy gorących dniach było bardzo ważne bo samochód się nie nagrzewał.
