The location of the apartment was great, the interior design was nice, and the apartment was well equipped.
Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by serious management and hygiene issues:
Check-in delay: We were supposed to check in at 15:00, but the cleaners didn't leave until 16:30–17:00.
Cleanliness: Despite the delayed cleaning, the floor was so dirty that we had to wear slippers constantly. There was a bad smell inside the apartment and in the storage room as well.
Lack of Privacy: Neighbors living opposite could look directly into our kitchen and living room.
Broken Amenities: The back room had no hot water, the TV did not work, and the sofa was not pull-out/convertible as described.
Missing Items: There were no carpets or rugs anywhere in the apartment.
