Chic Paris Apartment with Local Vibe and Metro Access

The apartment was large and well fitted with microwave, washing machine and everything else one would need for a 7 day stay. Very well located. It was comfortable and spacious - having 2 bathrooms and a sleeper couch made a huge difference. In walking distance to Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and many restaurants as well as the metro and a local supermarket.

The caretaker / cleaner was late to meet us upon arrival which meant we stood on the pavement for about 20 minutes with very little response. The lock on the front door is old and a bit tricky - if someone had showed us how to use the first time that would have helped - we got locked out twice and had to enlist neighbours to help us navigate the lock and get in. The freezer has not been defrosted for some time so could not be used at all as it could not be opened. There is some construction work going on which is quite noisy.

The size of the apartment is wonderful, it has 89 square meters. We really like it. Besides, the management agency has professional employees with warm service attitude. Any question we asked would be replied in time. In addition, the apartment lies in 8th arrond., et it is pres de l'Arc de Triomphe. It is so convenient for us to visit the old district in Paris. Finally, we would like to show our thanks to all the co-workers including homemaid et the maintenance engineer.

During the end of June to the beginning of September, the apartment next door has been undergoing renovation this entire period which brings some noise. We met the landlord of the next-door apartment two times, and She is friendly and so kind that we really like her. So, we hope the renovation goes smoothly and is completed on schedule in Sep.

Appartement grand et bien équipé

Le bruit infernal des travaux à l’extérieur mais c’est forcément terminé maintenant

emplacement parfait dans le 8ème arr. proche du Parc Monceau (parfait pour un jogging ou pour se promener), appartement très fonctionnel et très spacieux pour les standards parisiens, très éclairé. cuisine bien équipée et pratique, propreté impeccable. tout a été parfait. immeuble très sécuritaire.

ce n'est pas la faute des propriétaires, mais malheureusement il y a un immeuble en construction ou rénovation juste à côté et les ouvriers commencent à s'activer à 8 heures le matin. quand on est à Paris, on se ballade beaucoup en dehors de son logement, donc le bruit n'a pas été trop ennuyant, mais tout de même, je voulais le signaler !
